Assistants README

The assistants module adds editor-facing agents behind the existing editor interface. Phase 1 ships the change-explainer: when recommendations change after a constraint tweak, the editor sees the new list and a structured explanation side by side.

The module README lives with the TypeScript eval suite: editor/evals/README.md. It explains the editorial-assistant pattern, why dbt keeps deterministic platform metrics while Evalite scores assistant behaviour, and how fixtures/curated/ lets domain experts pin cases later.

The phase-1 rubric is documented in ADR-0020, Rubric for change-explainer: grounded entities, reason validity, constraint coverage, editorial register, and length. The future constraint-translator and alternative-suggester suites are planned-but-deferred, not-yet-built work.
